In this work, the urban landscape of Constantine is deconstructed and reimagined through an abstract expressionist style inspired by the dynamism of its architecture and history. The painting relies on visible, bold brushstrokes to construct a geometric cohesion that captures the clustering of ancient houses stacked upon the cliffs.
